Clutch Brake Motor With Rectifier Connection

Clutch Brake Motor with Rectifier Connection:

This diagram shows how to make Clutch Brake Motor With Rectifier Connection. In this circuit, we use a magnetic contactor, a 3-phase motor, a rectifier, and a clutch brake. First, we need to connect the magnetic contactor with a power source, then connect the rectifier module, then connect the motor, and clutch brake. Now this circuit is ready to use.

Components used to make the Clutch Brake motor wiring:

01. Contactor

Contactor
Fig 2: Contactor

A magnetic contactor is an electrical device used for load control, automation, and protection. It is much like a magnetic reel. However, relays are generally used for low power and voltage, on the other hand, when we think of high power, these heavy-duty contractors only come to mind. It basically works by switching the load on and off. It has 3 terminals whose inputs are denoted as L1, L2, L3, and outputs as T1, T2, and T3. The circuit of the load is made in automation mode or protection using auxiliary contacts. It has two types of terminals. 1) Normally Open (NO). 2) Normally Closed (NC)

02. Rectifier Module

Rectifier Module
Fig 3: Rectifier Module

A rectifier Module is an electronic device that converts an alternating current into a direct current by using one or more P-N junction diodes. A diode behaves as a 1-way valve that allows current to flow in a single direction. This process is known as rectification Module.

03. Clutch Brake

Clutch Brake
Fig 4: Clutch Brake

Clutch Brake 3 phase Motors are used in Cranes, Lifting Machines, and many other heavy and important applications. The clutch brake is attached to the 3-phase motor shaft. The main function of the clutch brake motor is to stop instantly. As this type of 3-phase motor provides a very accurate starting and stopping they are used where frequent starting and stopping are required. In normal conditions, when there is no power supply the clutch brake will resist rotating the motor shaft and when the clutch brake coil is energized by a power supply it will release the motor shaft to rotate.

04. 3-phase Motor

3-phase Motor

A Three-Phase Motor is an Electric Motor That Typically Receives its Power From a Three-Phase System (three-phase current) This can be realized via a Three-Phase Mains Supply or a Frequency Inverter. Three-Phase Motors are Available as Synchronous and Asynchronous Motors. Three Phase Alternating Current Power Motor is Economical to Supply Power to the data Center Since it Requires Less Conductor Material to Supply Electricity. This Explains Why 3 Phase Alternating Current Motor is Used in Electric Transmission, Generation, and Distribution in Most Countries Worldwide.
