How to make 3 Phase ATS Circuit Wiring:

This diagram shows how to connect and 3-Phase ATS Circuit Wiring. In this circuit diagram, we just try to describe simply how to connect a 3-Phase ATS Circuit Wiring to Industrial loads like. This diagram is for 3-Phase ATS Circuit Wiring wiring. So you can wire your industrial or office like this diagram very easily. If you want to learn how to connect this circuit clearly you can follow our youtube video link below.

Components used to make the 3-Phase ATS Circuit Wiring:

01. MCCB

MCCB
Fig 2: MCCB
MCCB (Molded Case Circuit Breakers) is a Required Component of Electrical Systems, Providing Overload Protection And Short-Circuit Protection. Circuit breakers are electrical devices that offer protection against fault currents. Molded Case Circuit Breakers (MCCB) or Molded Case Circuit Breakers Use air as The Dielectric Medium to Break a Circuit. Air Has a Low Dielectric Strength as Opposed to Other Mediums Which is why it is Used for Protection in low-Voltage Circuits. In Most Cases, Molded Case Circuit Breakers are installed in the Main Power Distribution Board of a Facility, Allowing the system to be easily shut Down When Necessary.

02. Generator

Generator
Fig 3: Generator
The Power Generator Is a Device That Converts Motive Power (Mechanical Energy) or Fuel-Based Power (Chemical Energy) Into Electric Power for Use in an External Circuit. In Addition to Electromechanical Designs, Photo Voltaic, And Fuel Cell-Powered Generators Utilize Solar Power and Hydrogen-Based Fuels, Respectively, to Generate Electrical Output. The Reverse Conversion of Electrical Energy Into Mechanical Energy is Done by an Electric Motor, And Motors, And Generators Have Many Similarities. Many Motors can be Mechanically Driven to Generate Electricity; Frequently They Make Acceptable Manual Generators.

03. Change Over

Change Over
Fig 4: Change Over
Changeover is a medium of line transfer used in industry. Now if I make the change over the system automatically then this system is called auto change over the system is called ATS system. From this change over first power supplied from REB or PDB is supplied to the industry to run the machine. Now if for some reason the power supply When stops, the generator is run and the changeover is turned and power is supplied to the machine. Now if this power supply is done manually like this and if it is done manually by any person then it is a manual changeover.

04. Magnetic Contactor

Fig 5: Magnetic Contactor
A magnetic contactor is an electrical device used for load control, automation, and protection. It is much like a magnetic reel. However, relays are generally used for low power and voltage, on the other hand, when we think of high power, these heavy-duty contractors only come to mind. It basically works by switching the load on and off. It has 3 terminals whose inputs are denoted as L1, L2, L3, and outputs as T1, T2, and T3. The circuit of the load is made in automation mode or protection using auxiliary contacts. It has two types of terminals. 1) Normally Open (NO). 2) Normally Closed (NC).

05. Busbar

Busbar
Fig 6: Busbar
Busbar is a type of power transmission sheet. It is made of copper or brass or aluminum. Busbar is mostly used in factories. We supply the power from the transformer to the busbar. Busbars have electricity. We take the electricity from this busbar to the circuit breaker. The busbar is drilled with a drill machine and the cable is connected with a nut bolt. The advantage of using a busbar is that through it we can provide multiple power connections in multiple places very easily.
